Authentic Korean-style Napa cabbage Kimchi made with a Kentucky twist. Our KY Kimchi sauce features yacon grown at our local farm. Carbohydrates in yacon tubers are in the form of fructooligosaccharides (FOS), prebiotics that help feed good bacteria in the intestine. We use Kentucky sorghum syrup, not white sugar. Hemp seed is added for protein.
